Just wondering if you have ever tried Belly Bands to help with your carpets,Harley is 2 now and still has the odd accident so i keep one on him all the time in the house,not saying its an excuse for not taking them outside every few hours and giving them regular excersise..both of which i do everyday but it certainly alleviates a lot of stress and is especially helpful in the colder weather. We have a cat also but he was here first and they get along fine..i think maybe if you start to be boss and put Reggie in his place when needed you will start to see improvements in his behaviours, easier said then done i know but i have done this with Harley and he is much better behaved ,he now actually seems to listen and looks to me for direction far more then he ever has..takes time but well worth it..
