Sweetie, you sound seriously depressed. You really need to address this if you are having trouble getting out of bed. Please get help for this. As other people have mentioned, there is often a strong genetic component. Does this run in your family?
Please see a doctor, and I strongly recommend finding a therapist as well. You might also try the book "Feeling Good", which covers the basics of cognitive therapy. You don't need to feel this bad. Bast luck to you, and please PM me if you want (no pressure). |
