Like all of you, I was extremely worried about Rio getting spayed. I dreaded it for months. Well, finally did it last week and I'm so relieved! She is tiny (2.6 lbs) so I was particularly worried about the anesthesia. Not to mention I work in an operating room so I know all the things that could go wrong. But all went well and she is recuperating nicely.
I will pray for your furbaby but please be assured everything will be fine! Veterinarians do spay/neuter surgeries every day!! Your little one will be so much healthier in the long run, with an almost 0% chance of mammary cancers. Here's to long lives with our furbabies!
