As I recall a message came across the boards from YTCA members chat list that this law had passed. I'll try and go back through my deleted mail to see if I found it.
YTCA Roving National has a committee appointed that is doing the assessment of sites. However, if this pet legislation has passed, it will put the committee on a different route.
