I would agree she probably needs to go to the vet

Also agree with other posters who observe that they can get tapeworms from fleas. This happened to us. Remy did vomit, but he also had symptoms evident in his stool - IE - "white rice kernels" he did not have white gums.

Further, you can by OTC deworming medicine that addresses this, the active ingredient you are looking for is "praziquantel". It is a single does, Sargents Worm-X has the active ingredient relating to Flea-sourced tape worms and is available OTC for $11.00
