aww i really hope things start looking up for you and your puppy. im really sure that you would be heartbroken if you were to give him up (even with all the frustration he might cause you), because it does sound like you love him and really want it to work. all i can say is to give him a little more time and try and be patient. believe me every yorkie mom has moments where they feel so fed up with the accidents and training and the whole list of other things ...but in the end these babies are worth it. they just fill your heart with so much love and joy!!
keep in mind he is still a puppy and over time he will learn, as well as you.

im just feeling really down right now since im without my little baby. i've been away from him for just a couple days now and im already heartbroken, even though i know i'll see him Friday. i am missing him like crazy and this is just a little time away from him since he's spending time with his daddy ...so imagine how you might feel if you lost him for good. i just dont want you to do something you might regret later. so be sure to really think about this decision before you do anything!
