I live in an apartment too. It's really hard to potty train her, I understand

What I do is, I put her in her pen, and wait until she pee, after that she can run freely in the house. I put her back to pen every hour, just to give her time to do her business. Sooner and later, she knew she couldn't pee anywhere other than her pen. I hope it helps!
