I think you've gotten some great ideas already, I'm so sorry for your baby. Like others have said, rescues are a great idea in these situations - and there are plenty of wonderful, caring, devoted folks and rescues *right here* at YT - many of whom have posted in your thread - one of whom I think is right above me
