I believe you need to be careful with your wording. It does appear to me that you are insinuating that other rescues are not reputable and that is pretty much out of line if that is the case!
To the OP: Your situation is an emergency....you really do need to come up with a solution quickly. You can apply for Care Credit online...and get an immediate response. Others have mentioned solutions to you that all seem reasonable. I do hope you are able to get the surgery done and keep your baby. I will keep you in my prayers.
