That was my first thought, that she might be getting into the puppy's food.

Please take her to the vet. The key to keeping seniors healthy and extending their life is to get yearly bloodwork and physicals and to take them to the vet whenever something is "off". Ignoring symptoms will only make things worse and more expensive.
