I would definitely keep her on this since she is actually eating it for you! My Livi was VERY VERY VERY picky after having her puppies (it started right after losing one of her puppies a few days after birth). The ONLY thing that we could get her to eat was Mary's whelping pudding....and even then, there were times that we had to spoon feed.
Good luck....I know how worrisome it is when momma won't eat.
