My daughter's shih tzu jumped out of the car in a shopping center when she was helping her friend's crying baby into her car seat. With all the commotion, she didn't realize that she was gone until they had driven away. An employee of one of the stores saw a family pick the dog up before she could get back to get her. We called every vet, every humane society, posted a reward, nothing. They could have easily found the owner if they tried at all - and we would have gladly paid a reward so they could get a dog of their own, if that's what they wanted. I just don't understand people. |
