Bumping this thread up, I don't want it to get lost in the posts.
It IS sad that it's taken so long for these people to do the right thing. What a grim reminder that there are people out there who will just keep your dog if it goes missing. They obviously aren't horrible people either, they've vet cared this Yorkie and are now looking for the owner. I'm just baffled, to me it's like keeping a lost child for yourself. It's just plain wrong.
