What about checking into one of the Universities that offer animal science and will do this operation free of charge as a teaching tool. If you want to turn her over to a "reputable" Yorkie Rescue, then got with United Yorkie Rescue. They don't "sell" their dogs and are not afraid to show their books.
Anyway if you can't find a way to get her operated on I suggest you try and find a good home for her. One that will gladly pay for her surgery. |
