See I was told that too...but then I read on here that if you massaged them that it would help them go up. About 3 months ago Teddy had an ear that would flop down right at the tip! This ear had been like this when he started losing teeth and it just stuck like that. Well after I read the idea to massage them I said what the heck sure can't hurt it because it's already flopped down and sure enough it worked!! I only massaged it for like 2 days and it just stuck!!!
