We have a 7 1/2 moth old Yorkie. She has the same rash. I noticed it on the back of her neck, then on the front. Few spots under her armpits but no further. It will be 1 week since I took her to the vet. They did a skin scraping but told me within a few minutes it was fine. They gave her antibiotics for 2 wks. The spots did have heads on them but now are very crusty. I'll take her back tomorrow to the vet. Now that they are crusty does this mean they are healing?
