KIJIJI is a horrible place. The ads on that site are from nothing be a bunch of BYBers and I stand behind that statement. Another site that makes my stomach turn is HOBBLY.COM
that place is even worse! Stubs service, pregnant dogs being sold, it just makes me sick.
I don't know what the person that posted the ad you linked was thinking but seriously $3200 for that poor little girl! There is NO WAY they will ever get anyone to pay that amount of money.
