Great news. No shunt. All of those cuddles will help him heal as well as your love. It's gonna hurt for awhile, but I'm sure he'll heal faster than you think. I just found the pic. He looks so little and sad in the pic and that is a long scar, but he's got the best mommy in the world to take care of him.
