Have you looked into what is the law in your state? Maybe all these questions are moot to you at this point but those practices to me seem way out of line. Do you have a Better Business Bureau you can report this breeder to?

I agree...I know in some states it would be illegal...the poster doesn't say what state she lives in...How sad for this little baby...
