I am really angry with this pay the breeder to hold the puppy past the 5wks old stage. Were you aware of this requirement at the time of purchase? What did the contract say? What is this about forfitting your deposit money if you didn't take her?
Have you looked into what is the law in your state? Maybe all these questions are moot to you at this point but those practices to me seem way out of line. Do you have a Better Business Bureau you can report this breeder to?
