Hi! I am a proud new, 1st time Yorkie momma. I have a lot of questions and it looks like I've found the right place. My son's name is Mokie (like smokey without the s) Jamison Shiner. He was born on Aug 8, 2009 & we just picked him up 2 days ago. He already seems to be well behaved & trained to follow, some verbal commands and games. I was wondering how to care for his coat. He has not been groomed yet and his coat is thin and wispy. My husband and I prefer the look of the shaggy choppy look as to the show coat...We have been advised so many different things to do but I feel I should wait until his winter coat comes in...I welcome all suggestions & comment, thanks in advance.
