I am a bargain hunter, my mom calls it cheap and maybe she's right, but I'll be damned (excuse my french) the day I spend 25-30 dollars on a dog sweater. I mean Josephine is 4 pounds, there is no way that, that is 25 dollars in material. Heck I barely spend 25 dollars for my own sweaters and I'm plus size! That's a lot of fabric. xD

Anyways that brings me to Ross, every now and then they'll have dog shirts and what-not, but yesterday I struck gold. I found a little purple and lavender knitted sweater with a hood that fit Josephine perfectly. How much you ask? 5 bucks. In your face expensive dog boutique, you just got served. =O
