As for the crying, the more you get up with them the longer the crying will continue. I would put a pee pad at one end of the crate and not get them up in the night.

Thats what I thought as well too, because I am almost rewarding her and encouraging the behavior, but I am just worried she might have to go potty sometime when she is older and that she will think that even if she cries I wont come let her out.
