I am about to start making about 1000 cascarones (confetti eggs) for a fundraiser to help one of my students who has just been diagnosed with cancer.
I would really appreciate any suggestions for what to do with the insides.
Seriously, we can only eat so many scrambled eggs! LOL!
Is there a way I can freeze them? Anyone know? I know it's silly, but I just can't stand the thought of that much waste! Any ideas?
