i had ava on the honest kitchen which is a pretty good food; but sometimes when she doesnt eat breakfast i give her baby food; and maybe that's what triggered the pancreatitis.
so what should i do about the RX diet royal canin; what if she doesnt eat it; she's very picky eater. any suggestions?

did they do spec cpli test as that is the most accurate for pancreatitis and some vets have spec cpli in house so ask them about this. The white blood cell count is high with pancreatitis not low. Not sure on platelets but amylase and lipase are both usually high with pancreatitis. What was the fat content on the food you were feeding- my dog had pancreatitis and it is very serious
