Thanks for getting right back with me! I have been looking for the harness that is made of fabric on ebay, just haven't had enough addtional funds to get one (can't quite remember the name of it). Penny is such a little gal, she just turned one year on the first, so I think she is done growing. I've been using one that is too big for her, but she doesn't seem to mind. She has that crazy trachea thing going on, so if she pulls she starts hacking, so generally if we go for walks in the field I leave her offleash. Now that she is full grown I'll find one to fit her.
