Try not to hate people as usually they are just ignorant to understanding or open to other ways of life! Actually in the dog world puppies relate to their mother's spit and licking and that is what helps make the dog respondant to her. Often to encourage a finicky dog to eat an owner can spit in the dogs food and mix it around to entice the dog. Sometimes just the scent of their hands mixing the food works too. I have had to do it when my little guy was a very young puppy and it helped him to want to eat. Fortunately now he is in the habit of eating well and I don't have to do that! However, I too will let him drink out of my source of water when needed if his isn't available.

Life is to short to sweat the small stuff, so try not to let people aggravate you and enjoy your Peanut and what life has to offer!
