I'm not sure about the protein and fat % in HK, so I have no idea if she will ever be able to go back to it. Her fat intake will have to be closely monitored for life. Innova Senior or something from the Natural Balance line may work; however, they aren't specifically formulated for this problem and they may not work as well as an rx food. Food that is made for pancreatitis usually contains medium chain triglycerides (MCT) which are better for these dogs. So I would really hesitate to tell you to just go get any low fat food. That said, the rx foods don't always work well either. Another option (which I am not really recommending, but if you have the time and energy...) is to homecook. You could get a recipe from a veterinary nutritionist for this.
