Prayer's coming for your boy to be ok. Poor little guy he must have
been so very scared. I would also report the incident to the local
police. You don't know if there are any other charges against this
dog. That lady has no head to be a pit bull owner! It's owner's like
that that cause more problems with their dogs than the dogs themselves!
I hope everything is fine with Kingston.
Please have him checked over just to be safe.
I'm so sorry and at the same time pissed off this happened to you and Kingston. Unfortunately, I hear stories similar to this all the time (and I have a few of my own)- people unable to control their dogs or allowing them to run loose and rough up smaller dogs. This is a sore subject for me because in my experiences when the incidents occured it was almost never followed by an apology, only outrages statements ie; he's not hurt, just a little frighten. Yeah... I wonder how she would feel if Godzilla had her pin under his foot... just a little scared are you? Your eyes are buggin out but you'll be ok. What about Kingston's psychological well-being lady?!

I agree with Archie- report the incident and please take Kingston to the vet just to be safe.
