Your not even supposed to tell your kids off for misbehaving over here, the little dears are just expressing their individuallity when they tare your home apart or beat up some stranger in the street. Explains why we've got gangs of youths beating people up in the street and making decent peoples lives hell. You really have to live over here to understand whats going on. Of course this is also the country where a police officer leaves his dogs to die in the car and gives people involved in dog fighting or other forms of animal cruelty a slap on the wrist.
