My boyfriend absolutely refused to let me get a Yorkie at first because they were "girly" dogs. No way was my big macho man going to be seen with a little 7lb puppy with clothes on. Turns out he's a bigger sap than I am and I can assure you he's NOT gay. Now I come home and he's cuddling on the couch with the puppies and baby talking them. He's even said that if he's ever single again he's keeping one of them because of all of the female attention he gets when we are out in public with the dogs.
Not to mention that a labradoodle isn't quite the picture of a manly-man either....
