I walk Apple once and sometimes twice a day for 30 minutes...I measured the distance in the car and a 30 minute walk is exactly a mile...We were doing this twice a day,'till the time changed...Now it's dark when I get home from work, so it's only once ...except on my two days off, and it's twice (weather permitting)
