Yup I think you should get some baby gates... bc you are going to need them anyways and block off the walkway when you are leaving the living room, and then there is that bathroom right there.. and then the walkwas when you go thru the kitchen to get to the dinning room/ the room right by the slider.. That way they will have the living room and kitchen. That is plenty of room for them!!
