Reggie still has his belly band on, but the question I have is will a belly band make it that they will not lift their leg or will they still try to mark even with the band on? I don't see him trying to lift his leg in the house. He still is not housebroken but he will stand in the middle of the floor and will pee in his belly band so do you think that he is done with the leg lifting inside!? I see he will mark outside, but when he has to go pee even outside he will stand in the yard and go not lifting his leg. The only time I saw him lifting his leg inside was the 1st few days we got him.
