DO you want the tail docked? I know that when we got our brittany spainel she was about 8 weeks and didn't have her tail docked. We waited until she was almost full grown and then she had it done while under anesthesia. Maybe if it is important to you then you can have it done when he gets neutered. Just a thought. A breeder will hopefully have a more concrete answer!
