Does she do this often? Joey's never growled at me, I can't even imagine it, and showing his teeth, yikes, I wouldn't like that at all. A couple things might be going on. First of all I would rule out any problem that could be pain related, you know some dogs have a sensitive paw, or a nail that has been cute badly, and throw a fit if you touch it wrong. After you rule out Fiona being in pain, I think you need to takes steps to become the pack leader, and let her know you are the boss, this isn't EVER done aggressively, and if done improperly can cause more aggression on the dogs part. By the way, do you use the same towel for both dogs, Fiona may not like that!
