My pup Bailey had few days when he didn't have any appetite. I took few pieces of his food and sprinkled it in his doggie bed. He would eat it when he find it there, despite the fact that he didn't have an appetite. I guess fewer pieces found in his bed are more of a treasure then all the food in his regular bowl.
You can also ask your yorkie to do a trick, like "sit" etc. and offer food as a reward. It may be more of interest that way and encourage eating. |
