. Seriously, though I did forget to mention that so thanks! I had forgotten that many Speedy bags sold in the U.S. are made there and I actually happened to get one from an LV boutique that was made in France

. So the items at the department stores that are allowed to sell LV items (for example, Saks) or items from LV boutiques can be made in France. Ebay is a little wishy washy, as you mentioned, which is why I'd just rather get them directly from LV or a store like Saks.
Back to my point that got lost in my ramblings, the clothes are knockoffs as LV doesn't sell dog outfits (only people clothes), but they do make collars, leads, and carriers.
