SophieKate goes to Daycare two days a week and has a dog walker the remaining three. In both cases it didn't interrupt her training at all but in my opinion helped it since I did a lot of screening before hiring both. I find that it is really important to make sure they are on the same page as far as training and so far it has worked well.
