Hope you get good news at your vet. Rio was just spayed yesterday (11/17) and had 4 baby teeth pulled too. She had a normal poo and a BIG pee in the evening and ate in the evening (although I had to hand feed her).
Today (day 2) she had a normal poo and pee this morning and has eaten two small meals already. Her belly has always felt firm, so I don't think there's any change there.
