I'm pretty sure Chanel and Gucci are the same way but they do make some clothes I believe. Being a HUGE fan of LV, I have considered buying some of the knockoff LV clothes and stuff for Sophie because they are cute! I hesitate on buying the carrier because I don't know where it is made. LV products are only made in France with a few exceptions of some products that are made in the U.S., Spain, Italy, & Switzerland. They take great care in the production of their products and most are handmade. Honestly you pay for what you get with them at least. So I'm going to save up some of my money for an LV carrier eventually.

That was probably too much info, huh? I tend to do that!
Actually all authentic LV stuff that's sold in the USA is made in the USA. that's one of the easiest ways to tell if a LV item is a knockoff (well besides the leather not actually being leather). it will only say made in France if it was purchased in France, so if you are buying something off ebay, and the seller is in the US and it says France, then you know it's not real.
