I have more than one nonprofit I am a part of just as some of you have more than one job. Some have 5013c status and some dont' The one I can offer a receipt for is tax exempt. I also offered payments so I am not trying to get anything for free. Some people prefer to hold onto the receipt so they can deduct it off their taxes until I pay them cash and then tear up the receipt.

I don't know who has puppies off the right age. So I ran more than one ad in more than one site. So shoot me. Most people do run more than one ad in more than one place when they want something. Some of the breeders were not in Nevada, but some were in CA where my aunt lives. To avoid putting the dog on a plane, for their safety, I said if anyone in CA had a yorkie I could have my aunt pick them up and drive them to me in Nevada. I never said I wanted another dog for my aunt to own.

I also don.t know where this puppy mill thing is coming from. I said I wanted a breeding pair. Yes I have bred yorkies before and because of that I know sometimes a couple don't get along. I helped my grandmother breed poodles too and know the same thing. I would like to try and get a pair bred. I came here because between the vet who is offering full medical care, I wanted some advice and support for those late night hours and to learn more so I could learn more and not have to make the vet do everything. I would like to learn more and cant without trying. I never said anything other than maybe one or maybe two litters. I am not starting a puppy mill and if that is what I wanted I would not have come here. I came here to get good advice and guidance. Puppy mill people don't do that.

I never said I was going to adopt the pups without them being spayed. That is what the vet said they would do. I just asked for the parents to be able to breed.

I never said I was going to adopt a dog into the hands of an unstable person. I said tbey would be coming over to help me with them and watch to learn more. No you can not get grants for this unless the person has some experience. Experience which they can get with me and then I can help them get grants to get into more formal schools.

I never said this was a cure all for abused women. Every survivor needs something different. Which also means there are some who can't trust people at all to open up to get help because of the severity of the abuse at the hands of more than one person. In those cases, learning to trust the dog helps them to open up to people to get the right help.

I never said I wanted to become a career breeder. I want to breed maybe one or two litters under the mentorship of my vet and maybe other breeders. I was hoping if one of the girls showed a real knack for it one of you might consider taking her on as an intern.

I just can't get over the way everything is being completely turned into something it isn't here. I understand you are worried about protecting your yorkies. But I can provide you will all kinds of evidence they would be in great hands.

Everyone is jumping to attack without even getting the facts straight first. It's like you were fine when I was asking to get a pair on payments, but as soon as everyone found out the women I was going to use the yorkies to help everyone wants me to leave which also cuts them off.

Using a dog to help someone heal is no more exploiting a dog than a german shephard being trained to be a drug sniffing dog. Only letting abused girls spend time with them to feel love is less dangerous.

You all should be ashamed of yourself by trashing me unjustly this way.

All that means is I have to find some elsewhere and be deprived of the advice and guidance offered here.

You say you care about yorkies, yet you would rather I go out there and do this without benefit of your vast experience and guidance and mentoring and without you being able to check in on them whenever you want to see how it is gonig.

How is that best for the dogs?
Listen would you go away already....

There are some of us that have been there, know what it's all about. Therapy, 12 step programs.....so, you aren't speaking to an bunch of uneducated ninnies here.

You can't come on this yorkie loving forum, expecting to obtain a breeding pair of yorkies without having the forum not go up in arms. We love this breed too much to allow that.

I'm amazed that you thought that'd we'd give free advice and mentorship knowing what you are planning. Let alone knowing that you have no expertise whatsoever, breeding yorkies or any breed. Being a loving pet owner is entirely different.
