The dogs were going to be under HER constant supervision and the ladies would have to be there to be around them, but then they have to be teacups because they have to be small enough for their apartments and so they can take them everywhere they go.... The story keeps changing and I don't believe a word of it. It has changed too much and if this person is really trying to achieve what she claims she is, there are many far better ways to go about doing that.
I'm sorry, but dogs, of any type, should not be treated as a "Project."
