When I got out of college I was in retail merchandising (buyer for a department store) which my degree was in and hated it..
..boy were my parents happy about that...so I moved back to where my boyfriend was in school and got a job in a travel agency and traveled the world for about 12 years. The benefits were wonderful but the pay was terrible...of course the boyfriend and I split but what a wonderful experience for a young person..to travel first class around the world.
The only down side was I had to do it by myself because none of my friends could afford it and because I was a travel agent I got it pretty much free. I don't think they do this anymore but I sure have a lot of wonderful memories.
The kids would have loved to have your two at a sleepover. I know Munchie would have loved to see his girlfriend again. He is so much more calm then he was then..
