That would be fine depending on what occasionally means here.
If you wanted to make a homemade meal once a week, go for it.
If you start to do it often and it's more than 10% of her diet on a regular basis, then it is probably time to supplement.
Careful with fat, salt, and the toxic ingredient list though.
For one meal, you won't even need one whole chicken breast.
Rice is fine and most vegetables are okay. Carrots and peas are okay.
