Well EmmaD your in luck. Ceaser despite the efforts of some peiole is comming to the UK. Hes in Birmingham March 4th, Sheffield NIA, Liverpool and I think London so far. Dont know the dates but its early next year and tickets are selling fast. Google Ceaser Milan UK dates to find out. Those groups might not like him but most the public over here love his common sence approach to dog ownership and loke any democracy the people have the last word.
