was your dog on steroids when they did the bat as that would have elevated the bat- I think the liver function is the least of your worries as stated before and i have never heard of a liver shunt dog screaming in pain I know olga knows alot about liver shunt as have been on a group with her for years but this does not sound like liver shunt and those numbers are not over 100
