I just prefer Jackson with the shorter puppy cut because he cannot stand being brushed. He doesn't really seem to mind. I'll put a hoodie on him if it's really cold but he's fine going "naked" too! He prefers not having to be brushed so it's fine
The only time he shivers is when it's cold outside and we get in the car because he can't walk/move around so I always just turn the heat up. He's a bigger boy at almost 13lbs so he's not as low to the ground as some Yorkies though and has more body to keep him warm, LOL.
