If your going to live on base no problem but of base its a nightmare to find a rental that allows pets. The last time I checked quarantine was 1600.00 you can bypass quarantine but it involves two sets of rabies shots at least 4months apart and a blood test plus shipping which is cargo they cant go under the seat to hawaii cost is around six to eight hundred quite the pain Im so sorry that you have to make this decision but fostering is an option what ever you do the choice is so hard. |
