Aww poor thing! I know how it feels... I have tried to do an at home grooming session with Brinks that didnt turn out so good. I think most of us here have been thru that b4. I would take her back to the groomer where you had her hair originaly cut at and tell them your story. Maybe they will feel bad and cut her hair for free to keep you as a happy customer.
